Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from:

• in the case of a service contract (e.g. event participation), the day of the conclusion of the contract;

• in the case of goods, the day on which you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods (or, in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, the last item).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email or letter sent by post) to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you have received goods, you must return them to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in the following cases:

• for services that have been fully performed, if performance began after your express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed;

• for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;

• for digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
